Acetal Sheet

Acetal Sheet is available in both Natural and Black.
The combination of the physical properties and ease of fabrication makes acetal an excellent choice for machined mechanical parts.

Characteristics
• High strength & stiffness, low friction;
• Good dimensional stability, low moisture absorption;
• Performs in wet and dry environments, good electrical properties;

Industry Applications
Gear wheels with small modulus, cams, heavily loaded bearings and rollers, bearing and gears with small clearances, valve seats, snapfit assemblies, dimensionally stable precision parts, electrically insulating components, jigs & fixtures, electrical components, pump & valve parts, gears, bearings & bushings, wear pads.
