Mica Sheet

Mica sheet can be exposed to temperatures up to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit and still retain its shape, rigidity and insulation properties.

Characteristics
• Specific gravity: 2.82;
• Index of refraction: 1.58;
• Hardness (Moh's scale): 2.5;
• pH value (BS 3483): 7.7;
• pH for distilled water: 5.2;
• Oil absorption 60-90 g/oil;

Industry Applications
Rigid or flexible Mica sheets can be use for electrical insulating,as high temperature Mica washers, Mica gaskets, heater manufacturing and many other industrial & commercial applications.
