Polypropylene Sheet

Polypropylene sheets are a very popular and common engineering plastic that is very economical and has many beneficial applications. It is very acid resistant and has many advantages over other available plastics. It can be easily machined and good moisture/absorption resistance. Comes in natural, white, or black. Can be ordered by 4'x8' ( 48"x96") sheet or the square foot.

Characteristics
• Economical, resist stress cracking, good rigidity;
• Acid/chemical resistance, easily machinable, weldable;
• Moisture resistant, can meet FDA requirements for food contact;

Industry Applications
Wide variety of applications: Can be vacuum formed, die-cut, glued, ultra-sonically welded, hot air welded or stapled. Can be used for layer pads and protection sheets. Great for lab equipment cabinetry, tabletops, chip & wafer processing equipment, wet process semi-conductor workstations, or chemical storage tanks.
