Vinyl Film PVC

Vinyl, otherwise known as polyvinyl chloride, or PVC, is a thermoplastic material. Because vinyl can be processed using heat, there are a broad range of formats in which it can be manufactured. However, with respect to what we do, we refer to vinyl as a thin film that ranges in thickness from .003” to ¼”.

Characteristics
• High clarity, available in clear and matte, good dimensional stability;
• Easily die-cut, printable with conventional screen offset methods;
• Acid Free, melt point 158 degrees F. / 70 degrees Centigrade;
